  • How does your program Work?

    We use personalized approach that includes easy to follow diet guidance, exercise 

    regiment, and FDA approved weight loss medication.  We closely follow up with your 

    progression, compliance, medication effectiveness, and so on. 

     

  • What medication is used?

    It depends on the need of each individual. We usually use FDA approved medication 

    and vitamins, Example: 

    ∙B-12 

    ∙Phentermine 

    ∙ Semaglutide 

    ∙Contrave

  • Do I need referral to come in for consultation?

    No, you do not need a referral for consultation .

  • Is it confidential?

    Yes, everything we do is under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and 

    Accountability Act) compliance.  

  • Does your program include the prescription and medication?

    No, however we offer monthly membership for  $200 after your initial consultation, 

    which includes free weekly B-12 injection, measurements, and follow up visits to 

    evaluate your progress.  

    We also offer no membership services, where you will receive initial consultation 

    plus $50 copay for each follow up visit. Additional fee will apply if medication is 

    prescribed.

    medication you are going to receive**  

  • What are the benefits of diet?

    •  Diet is a tool/ method for weight loss.
    •  All diets work by reducing caloric intake. Each diet has +/_, and different benefits for our body; but when it comes to weight loss, every diet is trying to reduce the caloric intake. Some improves lipid profile, some diets benefits for building muscle, some improve blood glucose, etc. During consultation, we plan what types of diet will work for you, depending on your lifestyle and preference, which can be used for long time, not a short cut.

  • How do I know how much I should eat?

    • How much energy your body needs to function properly (how many calories you burn in a day) will be calculated. The number of calories you need a day to survive, to maintain your weight, and the amount of calorie you should consume to lose weight will be explained.
  • What types of Nutrients our body need to lose weight?

    o Macronutrients:

    ▪ Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat, Fiber. Our body uses whichever macronutrients availability is greater, which will be preferred for use as energy.


    o Micronutrients:

    ▪ Minerals: Calcium, Phosphorus, magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Iodine,

    ▪ Vitamins: Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Vitamin K

  • What age group are you serving?

    Adults 18 years or older; no children are accepted at this time. 

  • What will appear on my bank statement?

  • How much does it cost?

    Initial visit cost $ 250, now $200; which includes consultation, history and physical, 

    and lab work.  Addition fee will apply if medication is prescribed.  

     

  • How do I measure the Portion from each-Category?

    •  It is a practice focusing one’s awareness to the present moment.
